Vi har 2 typer lejligheder i Casa Alpina:

Lejl. A - 2- værelseslejlighed (35.5m2) til 4 personer med badeværelse, veludstyret køkken med el-komfur, opvaskemaskine, mikroovn og kaffemaskine. Der er separat soveværelse med dobbeltseng samt opholdsstue med spiseplads, sovesofa til 2 pers. samt balkon. Kabel-tv.

Lejl. B - 2-værelseslejlighed (50m2) til 4-5 personer. Indeholder opholdsrum med dobbeltseng og 1 soveplads (sovesofa), spiseplads, køkken (med el-komfur, køleskab, opvaskemaskine, mikroovn og kaffemaskine), badeværelse med toilet, samt balkon. Der er separat soveværelse med dobbeltseng. Kabel-tv.

Parkeringspladsen forbeholdt lejlighedernes beboere (efter først-til-mølle). Der er et parkeringhus ca. 300m fra huset.

Apt. A - One-bedroom apartment (35.5 sq.m) sleeping 4 people. Comprising hallway, lounge/diner with a 2-person sofabed, table and chairs, separate kitchen with cooker, oven, fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine, bathroom/toilet. double bedroom with a 2-person Austrian twin bed (i.e. 2 mattresses). Cable-TV. South-facing balcony with fantastic view of the Schattberg mountain.

Apt. B - beautifully modernised apartment (50 sq.m) for 4-5 people comprising hallway, main room with a 2-pers. fold-away Murphy bed and a single sofabed, table and chairs, modern kitchen (cooker, oven, fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine), bathroom/toilet. Double bedroom with a 2-person Austrian twin bed (i.e. double bed with 2 mattresses). Cable-TV. Large south-facing balcony.

There is central heating throughout the complex.

There is private residents' parking around the entire complex - this is on a first come - first served basis. There is a multi-storey car park approx. 300m from the complex.
